She was always accessible for questions and concerns and gave us great ideas on what to do with furnishings and personal affects we no longer needed or wanted. We made decisions after discussing the various options and costs. She never told us what actions to take but gave us valuable input on upsides and downsides of the choices we would make. "As an attorney in Santa Barbara for more than 40 years I have met and worked with many realtors. There are many good professionals in this area who I would rate very highly but Pam is just so exceptional I feel compelled to share my experience. Before escrow closed on our new home Pam went above and beyond her role as an agent by bringing in one expert after another to help and guide us through the process. Her knowledge of resourses is vast. After the escrow closed (we got a great deal) she continues to provide us services and acts almost as a general contractor with her connections to plumbers, painters, electricians, designers, etc. We are very luck to have found Pam."

"There is not enough space here to explain how amazing Pam's work is. My husband and I met Pam at a community we were exploring. We are new to the Central Coast, and so were only beginning to learn about the neighborhoods and real estate market.
